Class Date: Thursday July 25th, 2pm EST conducted live via a private YouTube link (available one day before the class). Additionally class replay will be available to watch afterwards on your own.

The class will run for approximately two hours, including a brief 10-minute break. Following the class, there will be a one-hour private Zoom session, perfect for asking specific questions or getting to know each other better. There will be a short break between the class and the Zoom session to give you some time to recharge.
